So for a fantastic meal try this:
Parmesan Chicken
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 TBS butter or margarine (melted)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Heat oven to 400. Spray 15X10 pan with cooking spray. Dip chicken in melted butter; coat with combined remaining ingredients. Bake 25-30 min.


Next a fantastic Breatwist (check out this recipe), a side salad and some brown rice





That is one of my favorite chicken dishes. I haven't made it in a while, maybe I will give it a try this week. If you want to make it just a tiny bit more healthy then instead of dipping the chicken in butter, use plain yogurt and it tastes just as good.
