Last weekend I had a Grey's marathon to get caught up. It's a good thing that I was home alone because I was a wreck. I was balling my eyes out. This little girl was dying from tasacs disease. Her dad was not giving up hope that he could find a treatment for her. I was just sobbing because she Baylee was holding her until her dad got there...just in time to cradle her as she died.
This little girl and her mother have been abused by her dad. The little girl tries to stop him an shoots him 17 times. Somehow the doctors keep him alive and the girl wonders why her daddy didn't die. Oh my gosh! Crying my eyes out!
There is a girl on the show who is just coming out to her family. Callie is dating Arizona, a pediatric specialist. They're so cute together but the episode where she tells her dad hit close to home. She just expects her family to be supportive and love her anyway. Her friends tell her to just lie about their relationship but she doesn't. It's hard not to have expectations like that when it comes to family.
So if you're not already a fan, you should be. You'll laugh and cry along with me.
