I got to go hang out with Cole and Annie on Tuesday. It was a blast. We went for a treasure hunt around the house and couldn't get enough of the backyard swings and trampoline. We were listening to a book on tape that talked about a riddle.
Cole asked, "What's a riddle?"
I said, "It's like a trick with words."
He asks, "What's a trick?"
I say, "It's like a joke."
He says, "What's a joke."
I tried to explain a knock knock joke to him. He didn't quite get it. I said, "Knock knock". Once he finally said "who's there?"
I said, "little old lady." He laughed so hard.
Then he said, "Knock, knock."
I said, "Who's there?"
He said, "Little old horse." We both laughed so hard we fell over. It was so funny.

After Floyd got home we went to a pizza place for dinner. Cole thought he'd eat his pizza like a T-Rex would "devour his prey". He's such a smart kid.
